I was a close friend of Bud Larsen, how sad I am! He passed away some months ago. He was some of the finest erotic artist, and the greatest, kindest friend. I met him at the Bobby Cook Erotic Art Fair in 2002. We had fun in the post-fair party, he was wearing a flowered shirt. We exchanged some regular mails, I still keep 3 letters of him with unvaluable illustrations. Years later he moved from Phoenix to Superior, and there were hot adventures he enthusiastically shared with me in his letters. My visions of him is that he's got some healthy lust for life... lust for love, and it was reflected in his words and vivid, energic drawings. At Bobby’s I remember he showed me some of the finest pieces I’ve seen in an erotic art fair. I scanned some of his drawings between his letters here, at least to candlelight with a little hommage to his precious talent. Stay proud and tall wherever you are, Bud. Love you.

COPY OF A 1993'S OIL ON CANVAS (STOLEN) AND A FANCY BIKER
The 1st drawing is a copy I made recently of a canvas I painted in 1993, taken from a Robert Stock ad where the main model, sitting in the back of a truck, was hot. He was of course all dressed in cowboy-fashion clothes (without a hat) but I wanted to do him naked to remark his iconic condition. I remember many people enjoyed the original (the portrait and the body proportion was more realistic) and the blue-sky-to-red-sky switch was a success. While having some family problems, I decided to move my canvas and some stuff to a friend's workshop who was a painter too. It was evrything okay until one friend of him or nobody knows, came and stole my belongings, including my canvas. There was the time I was thinking that art was impossible to trust to even a close friend. The 2nd Drawing is one of a new series of drawings I started to work on. I added the sepia effect by computer, so the original is in b/w pencil.

BELASCO'S NEW DRAWING IS JUST FANTASTIC!!!
BELASCO always deserved my greatest admiration not only for his unique, classy, tasty way of drawing the sexiest black males from every kind, also because of his wide and open human vision towards society, sexuality and the "ghetto" culture. He's got a sharp eye for words, for his pencils and inks, and keeping being loyal to his beliefs, even being able to snap a sparkle of hope in every smiling man he draws. JOB APPLICATION (AND SEXUALITY)
Today I'm in my 2nd day Job Application. I approved my interview, but now (since I've had many job experiences) they will ask me, in between, to draw A PERSON, then A PERSON FROM THE OPPOSITE SEX. For me, I guess also for many of you too, WOMEN are NOT OUR "opposite sex" since we are not BEHIND THEM for a sexual intercourse, or to "make a family" with one of them. So, I mentally graphiqued my sexual opposite and, in the first case, my muscular Alter Ego. What if I do this... will they reject my job rights only for being homosexual? Do I need to sexually intercourse with the clients to sell stuff??? Every comment will be welcome

A MORE ENRICHED, BUT MORE COSTFUL SPY DRAWN BY SCANNING MY CLASSIC CARDBOARD
I must admit I can get richest effects by working on a ruff trashboard, scanning it and avoiding posterizing or converting it to Black and White linear image. Then I get the coloured by using the selection tool both Magic Wand and Lasso (I worked on iPhoto Plus, a very old image editor that came with my old scanner) with different gradients of sensitivity and similarity. Then came lightning and color adjustments for each selection. And here are the procedure step-by-step, maybe I need to work on enhancing the central object like popping it out from the orange-hell background. What do you think?
BLU SPY MY FIRST TRY IN DEVIANTART WITH A BROKEN MOUSE
Telling from my bad lines, and considering one can draw online (an a review of each of your steps is recorded), I now realized the importance of owning an electronic drawing board, and how I badly need it! At least only to move my hand, to break with the solemnity and hadiness of each line. I gotta ask my clients if we could exchange one board with one or more original pieces... I used to think it was useless but if technology is opening a door to "workout" with an electronic pencil then why should I close myself to the past? DEDICATION TO RUBOART...
Great artist and friend RuboArt is just back to Lima, so we're trying to spend his few days in town to share time having lunch and some walks in town with friends too. I thank him for letting me into his always tight busy agenda everytime he visits his family, friends and comrades from job. His vacations are my own vacations too, for having excuses of leaving the house for some while. He's a great person and caring friend that I signed and draw on his artist autograph book (sharing honours with classic comic titans including gay-iconic superstar Ralf Koenig). Enjoy the look!

CHARLIE BROWN AND ARGENTINE'S MAFALDA MALE CHARACTERS, ALL GROWN UP
Oh yes... someone asked me about making a grown up Charlie Brown, and I added the idea of being in a walk with Joaquin Lavado (Quino's) Manolito, Felipe and Miguelito characters from Argentina's child icon Mafalda. Here are the original guys:

SLUGGO AND THE SPARTAN
Here are two drawings I started to work: Who remembers the Nancy, Sluggo and Auntie Fritzi comic stories, made by an erotic artist named Ernie Bushmiller? Since Fritzi and more pinup gals were Bushmiller's feast between 1930 and 1950's straight american's eyes, I always wondered how Fritzi's niece's streetboy friend would like if he'd grown up and end up as a handsome dock worker? well, I inevitably made him grow his feet larger than the rest of his manly body... and what about the spartan's seductive foreskin?
